As a Registered Psychotherapist, Stevie works with you one-on-one to explore areas where you might be struggling, help you build understanding of your experiences, and support you in incorporating positive changes to help you thrive. Using evidence based frameworks, Stevie works from a compassion-based, client-centred and trauma-informed approach. You can expect to be treated with warmth, care and respect as you co-create treatment plans that are relevant and unique to you, at a pace you’re comfortable with.
